Our client owned a piece of Italian history. Le Streghe, The Witches, was once one of the most iconic nightclubs on the Tuscan coast. An open-air disco perched on the seafront at Porto Santo Stefano, a sun-bleached, glamorous port town on the Argentario Promontory, it was the kind of place that defined summers. Frank Sinatra. The Rat Pack. Long Mediterranean nights that nobody wanted to end.

Then it closed. The rules changed, and Le Streghe fell silent.

Until our client asked us one question for his milestone birthday: could we bring it back for just one night?

The answer, as it always is, was yes.

Arrival: The 1950s

Guests stepped into Le Streghe as it once was, intimate, golden, the sun dropping over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Martinis in hand, dressed to the era, the air already charged with the particular magic of a place that knows its own mythology. It felt cinematic because it was.

Dinner: The 1970s

As guests moved to dinner, the decade shifted around them. Bold, colourful, gloriously uninhibited table styling. Music that moved with it. And, because the best parties always hold a moment of elegant spectacle, ladies with televisions on their heads, because the 70s never did anything quietly.

Into the night: Disco, the 90s and Beyond

Then the dance floor took over. Disco gave way to the 90s, the 90s dissolved into something more current, and the energy climbed with every transition. The band, brought in from Paris, were exceptional, high energy, completely committed, the kind of performance that makes dancing feel not just inevitable but joyful. The seafront, the warm Tuscan air, the music: everything in its right place.

By midnight, nobody was thinking about decades. They were simply there, on the Tuscan coast, living one of the best nights of their lives.
